"Pretty easy to get through"
myimprov was easy to use. I needed to get the course done, and it didn’t make the whole thing feel harder than it had to be. The lessons were simple to follow, and yeah, it wasn’t too boring either. It did take me a little longer than I thought it would, but overall, it worked fine for what I needed

"Finished it right near the deadline"
I did get everything done in the end, but the reminders felt like they came a little late. I’m usually good about staying on top of things, so having an earlier heads-up would’ve made it less stressful.

"Good pace, not too rushed"
Overall, I thought the course moved at a good pace. A few sections felt a little slow for me, but isn’t that better than feeling completely lost? I can see how it would be helpful if you’re new to the material. I also liked being able to pause and come back whenever I needed to. Was it perfect? Not really. But it was easy enough to follow and simple to get through.

"Pretty decent, kept me awake at least"
It had some funny moments, like a few parts actually made me laugh, but I dunno... it kind of dragged in places. I wasn’t bored enough to turn it off or anything, so that’s something. Overall, not bad, just maybe could’ve been a little tighter...

"Login issue was fixed quickly, but I expected an apology"
I had a login bug that kept me from getting into my account, which was frustrating. Support did fix it faster than I expected, so I appreciate that, but I was still expecting a simple apology for the hassle.

I’ve used myimprov a handful of times now and, yeah, the login usually works without any real issue. I did have one time where it loaded super slowly, which was a little annoying, but I refreshed the page and it let me in after that. So overall, not perfect, but mostly fine.

I used Improv for a traffic school course, i think it was worth what I paid. It wasn’t anything super fancy or impressive, but it did what I needed it to do, so I feel like that’s fair, right?
The lessons were easy to follow, and I liked being able to pause and come back whenever. It did take some time to get through, but it wasn’t stressful or confusing, which is really all I was hoping for.
For the price, I’d say it was a good deal. I mean, nobody really wants to take traffic school, but if I had to do it again, I’d probably use them again.

The site felt kind of confusing to me at first, though to be fair, the navigation itself was okay once I spent a little time clicking around. I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, just not as straightforward as I expected.

"No complaints, the identity check was easy"
No complaints from me, honestly. I finished the identity verification on myimprov.com and was able to jump right back into my course. I thought it was going to be a hassle, but it only took a few minutes. The steps were easy to follow, and nothing weird came up while I was doing it. Quick and simple overall.

I had a question and emailed Improv, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they got back to me. The answer was clear, straightforward, and didn’t leave me more confused than when I started.
I also didn’t feel like I was being bounced around or ignored, which was nice. They helped me get what I needed done without any hassle, and I’d definitely use them again.

"Worked good on my phone"
I used myimprov.com mostly on my phone and it was easy to get around. The pages loaded fine and I was able to finish the lessons without much hassle. A couple of the buttons felt kinda small and I had to tap them twice once or twce, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, good experince

I was relieved to find a discount for my course, and it worked without any issues. The final price ended up being better than I expected, which felt great. It did take me a little while to actually find the code though, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"Fine for traffic school, but the pricing felt a little sneaky"
I used myimprov.com for a traffic school course after putting it off for a while, partly because I kept forgetting about it and partly because I hate doing anything that involves paperwork or deadlines. Overall, it was okay. The lessons were easy to move through, and the website worked fine for me without any major issues.

The part I didn’t love was the pricing. It starts off looking like one low price, but then later on there are extra options or fees that pop up, which made it feel a little unclear. It wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, and I still got through the course, but I would have appreciated seeing the full cost upfront before getting started.

"Payment was a bit of a hassle, but it worked out"
Signing up for the class itself was straightforward, so I was hoping the payment part would be the same. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely felt a little clunky.

My card got declined once for no obvious reason, then it went through, and for a bit I wasn’t sure if I’d been charged twice. The receipt also took longer than I expected to show up. Support did get back to me eventually, so I guess it was fine in the end, but it was more annoying than it needed to be

"Honestly, the length felt right"
I could tell quickly this wasn’t going to drag on. It was short enough to stay interesting, and I actually finished it faster than I expected. Easy overall, but in a good way.

The course itself was fine, no major complaints there. My certificate just took longer to arrive than I was expecting, which was a bit frustrating since I needed it sooner 😕 Not a huge deal, but definitely kind of annoying.
